Preparation is key to a successful outcome. We spend a significant amount of time with management and owners preparing your business for a capital raising event. In particular, we identify and deal with any issues, very early in the process, which could potentially jeopardise a transaction or cause a capital provider to significantly alter their terms, security or covenants. We also spend a considerable amount of time helping management craft a business plan as a basis upon which capital can realistically be committed.

In addition to our global network, we also have an ongoing research programme to help us identify new funds raised and new entrants to the banking market.
