Care Concern is a family owned and operated care home group with in excess of 1,000 beds. The family were keen to grow the business through the development of additional care homes. At the time the banks were not supporting stand-alone care home developments without company or personal guarantees. ASA were able to put together a creative structure that enabled both Care Concern and Rockpool to complete a transaction on the terms they both required. 

This structure will be used by ASA to roll out a number of development projects across both the healthcare and education sectors.
