Elder Homes Capital Restructure​

 

Andrew Barnsley advised Elder Homes Group on a sale-and-leaseback transaction with Quintain Estates. EHG was founded by David Messenger in 1998 and currently operates 10 purpose-built elderly residential care homes comprising of 515 beds with a further 100 beds in the pipeline.

 

The homes are located in Nottingham, Stoke-on-rent, Manchester, Burton-on-Trent and Clacton-on-Sea.Quintain Estates, a listed property group, facilitated the sale-and-leaseback transaction which will enable EHG to continue with its expansion strategy.

The new capital restructure enables EHG to continue growing and providing the best facilities and carers within the industry.
