Jonathan advises property investors, developers, banks, corporate owner occupiers and local authorities in providing a full specialist service across commercial property, planning, construction, tax and finance, including innovative funding structures. 


Jonathan has held non-executive positions with both private sector developers as well as being on public sector boards, so he has extensive experience of how best to structure deals which have a public sector aspect to them, including how to deal with procurement challenges. 


After graduating from Oxford University, Jonathan worked at Clifford Chance for six years, principally in the real estate team and then became head of property at Capital Law before joining Acuity Law. Jonathan has led the Acuity Law team through a continuous period of growth to a position where it has clients throughout the UK and a national reputation for excellence.
