Established in 1981, Justin Craig is the UK’s market leader in group tutoring and revision courses for GCSE and A-Level pupils. Since inception, it has helped over 100,000 pupils fulfil their exam potential and boasts the largest network of revision centres in the UK. ASA was appointed by shareholders Piper Equity Partners to dispose of the business discretely.

ASA has an extensive network in the education sector and quickly identified and approached US private equity fund Levine Leichtman Capital Partners (LLCP) owners of Mander Portman Woodward (MPW) to acquire the business. The team at LLCP and MPW agreed to buy the business and the transaction completed on the terms agreed.
