Adam Street Advisers acted as financial adviser to the shareholders of LifeCare Residences Limited on the sale of the entire issued share capital of its subsidiary Somerleigh Court Limited to Welford Healthcare CHH Limited.
The Founders of ASA had advised LifeCare Residences on the acquisition of Somerleigh Court, a £30m development project, in 2004 and have acted for them since.
Somerleigh Court, located in Dorchester, is an assisted living home which consists of a care home with 40 beds and an additional 68 assisted living apartments.
