Adam Street Advisers acted as financial adviser to the shareholders of St Helen’s College on the sale of the entire issued share capital to Forfar Education backed by sovereign wealth fund Mubadala Investment Company.
St Helen’s College is a co-educational day school, based in north-west London, for children aged 2-11. The school received ‘excellent’ in all areas in their ISI inspection for producing well-rounded pupils by not only focussing on academics but their personal development. St Helen’s College nurtures just under 400 pupils and is successful in supporting them to gain places at top independent and grammar schools.
