Adam Street Advisers was approached by the owners of Thyson Technology to advise on their strategic options and worked with them ahead of the process preparing the business for investment before completing the transaction.
We worked closely with Thyson’s owner managers to develop both the business plan and financial model. The proposition was introduced to over 200 investors and strategic acquirers with a dozen management presentations and seven competing bids.
Established in 1994, Thyson Technology Ltd is a leading UK-based analytical instrumentation engineering firm. The firm develops and commissions gas analyser systems for the utilities, oil and gas, petrochemicals, steel and pharmaceutical industries.
