Adam Street advises City Relay on significant investment
Adam Street Advisers (“Adam Street”) is pleased to announce that it has advised City Relay Limited ("City Relay") on a significant investment from a European family office.
City Relay is an all in-house short let company specialising in Airbnb management in London. The company has been named Short Let Property Management Specialists of the Year in the Greater London Enterprise Awards 2019.
City Relay is the only short let company in London with a reception desk. This provides hosts and guests with access to identity checks, key handovers, luggage storage and a concierge experience.
Amir Tayebi, Adviser at Adam Street, said of the deal “The funding will enable City Relay to open more reception desks across other London boroughs. The firm has just secured a second reception desk on Goldhawk Road in Shepherd’s Bush.”
