We specialise in selling businesses with a typical value of up to £100 million but have on occasions worked on much larger client engagements. Preparation is key to a successful outcome. 



We have experience in advising on raising either debt or equity between £2 million to £500 million. Our network of capital providers covers UK and international investors and debt providers including private equity funds, pension funds, debt funds, hedge funds, real estate funds, banks, family offices and wealthy individuals. 






Many of our clients' transactions are completed with private equity investors, putting us in the ideal position to provide independent advice to business owners and management teams involved with or contemplating a private equity transaction.




We advise private equity funds and corporate clients on their acquisition strategy. Our ability to intelligently understand your acquisition criteria often results in off-market transactions being identified and completed quickly and discretely. 




We have worked successfully with numerous companies and stakeholders on special situations especially during periods of operational distress or over-gearing.
