MyPinpad was established in 2012 and has developed a secure payments platform utilising multi factor authentication, including biometrics and an encrypted personal identification number (PIN).

Partners of ASA have advised MyPinPad Limited (MPP) since incorporation, giving advice on optimising its corporate structure to exploit IP right and advising on MPP’s first round funding package and subsequent rounds of equity fund raising. The first round of funding was sourced from a group of private investors introduced to MPP by the ASA Partners.
